This ranges from heat fused/torch on membrane, cementitious systems to liquid applied systems.( polyurethanes, rubberized elastomerics etc.)

Project 1 – Waterproofing

Heat Fused Membrane Application – We were commissioned by the client to re-waterproof 2 x balcony suites. We worked through the project diligently and efficiently from demolition, preparation and application phases. We were challenged with time constraints and deadlines as we had to conduct the project during winter therefore drying times and wet weather affected our timelines. We worked alongside Easygrass and employed their services to install a drainage layer and finish the balcony areas with artificial grass. The end product was very satisfactory as well as a happy client.

Project 2

On this structure there are multi level roofing areas which we were reported to be leaking. We tackled these areas during mid Winter due to urgent moisture ingress issues in the spaces below. In conjunction with a Third Party Consultant we opted for a liquid applied waterproofing system which could be applied to slightly damp surfaces especially during the particular time of year. We had to remove the existing waterproofing system and re-screed the areas to route water more efficiently to drainage points. The results have been very successful with 100% elimination of moisture ingress from these areas below.

Project 3

Complete Balcony Waterproofing – This project caused extensive disruption to the owners as both of their balconies needed to be repaired as well as extensive internal repair work. Our team work efficiently also being sensitive to the clients being residents there. We found several incorrect plumbing installations which required careful coordination and planning with the plumbing team. We completely removed the existing waterproofing system, applied a screed to the rainwater outlets followed by the application of Sika Sikalastic 152 cementitious waterproofing application.
